User registers
A person who wants to donate or plant trees as a volunteer registers in the system.
Solution Model
In this model, donors, volunteers and the planting process meet in one flow. Users create donation requests, choose a location, and volunteers see requests by city and region.
System Logic
In classic donation models, users often cannot clearly see where a tree was planted or which stage it is in. In this model, each donation is tracked with address, city, district, tree count and status.
A person who wants to donate or plant trees as a volunteer registers in the system.
The user enters the tree count, city/district and proposed planting address.
Private, restricted or unsuitable locations can be filtered out; suitable ones enter the planting list.
The volunteer filters and chooses planting requests by city, district and status.
The volunteer completes the planting and updates the status in the system.
The user sees whether the request is pending, in maintenance or completed from their account.
Donor Flow
The user sees a realistic flow up to payment. No payment integration is used; the final step simulates an approved donation.
The user chooses how many trees to donate.
The user enters an address or chooses an approximate point on the map.
City, district, address note and tree count are summarized.
When approved, the request appears in the volunteer list.
Volunteer Flow
Volunteers can list requests near them or in their selected city.
Sample Planting Request
The donor suggests a suitable nearby planting area. The system shows location, city/district and tree count to volunteers.
Volunteer Action
The volunteer finds the request by city filter, takes it if suitable and updates the status after planting.
Sample Panel
Map and Location
The donor can choose an approximate point on the map. Latitude and longitude are filled automatically and used in requests visible to volunteers.
Planting Location
Click a suitable point on the map. Unsuitable areas can be filtered after system review.
Interactive map selection is possible without an API key or Google billing.
City, district, address note, tree count, latitude, longitude and request status are saved.
They will see city, district, tree count and map location in a filterable request list.
